I would think she needs to apply from here country of citizenship since background checks will be conducted. Others She must go to the embassy or consulate for an interview after filing the forms. It would be best if you were with her during the interview. If there are no problems such as arrest record, and since she is Philippino she can not have been married before then it should take 2 to 6 months. |
