Korean music: Can you recommend artists? |
Travel Info I recently bought a CD by 鞚挫姽觳?called "Rui: The Best Great Hits" and it's really great!!! Can anyone recommend more Korean music in this genre? 臧愳偓頃╇媹雼? Travel Tips If you are really into ballad, I would try these artists: 靹膘嫓瓴?Really soothing voice, love him!) SG 鞗岆剤牍?My favorite group since their 2nd...although their style is rather different than 鞚挫姽觳? Vibe(Unique voice, great songs) 旯€膦呹淡(Very popular in Korea, high-pitched voice) 鞁犾姽頉?One of the classic ballad singers) 韰岇澊(Very popular with guys in Korea although he is a man himself, idk why but they really love his voice) M.C the Max(Their song is #1 right now) 鞙犽Μ靸侅瀽(Been around for forever, cute) 毹茧嵃鞚?韨れ(Similar to SG..) Lyn(One of the best female voices today..) 旯€韮滌毎(He's in the army right now and just recently went solo so you won't find too much with him) 鞌暭(Named the "girl SG 鞗岆剤牍? Buzz(Ballad but have some elements of rock...) 臁办劚氇?Like the king of ballads) 氚曧毃鞁?Been around for awhile, similar to Tei..) ust wondering, are you new to Korean music? or are you looking for that particular style? I could help you more if I knew specifically what you were talking about... Well anyway, hope this helped some! Others I can't really recommend a specific artist but I can recommend that you listen to music from dramas. The O.S.T.s from dramas are truly beautiful! I love them (Especially Fashion 70s, Which Star Are You From, Stairway to Heaven). But anyways... try Fly to the Sky. 觳滊頃挫殧! =] Se7en, Bi, Lee Junki, DBSK, and epik high are really good singers. From that genre, maybe, maybe not. However, it doesn't hurt to try listening to different genres and new bands. I would, however, recommend: Epik High: I love this band at the moment. Instead of listening, why don't you go WATCH, fan the music video over youtube. Shinhwa: Has some good songs. I absolutely love: Once in a lifetime. It's beautiful Super Junior: 'U', you can watch the music video over youtube. Although I would rather recommend, Super Junior Trot: Rokkeugo. Amazing Dong Bang Shin Ki (DBSK): A huge variety of songs and really big hit. One song i'd recommend would be ... too hard too chose ;) SG Wannabe: I really do recommend you listening to their song, Sahl Da Gah and definitely Timeless Seeya: 'Promise U' is a beautiful song.
