Where can I get cellphone numbers list of people in Seoul? |
Travel Info It's okay if you find it in Busan or another city. The bottom line is Korea. Travel Tips Everyone in Korea has a cell phone. It is their life. They all start 080 or 090. Just ask the person. Try to find them or a mutual aquaintance. Others No such thing. There are too many cell phones with different prefixes too many people owning multiple phones to make such a list practical. Korea has a population of more than 40,000,000 million people and I swear every one of them has at least two cell phones. 080 and 090 are internet pnone prefixes which can be used to call cell or regular phones. But you still have to know the number. There are several different cell phone prefixes. They are 010, 011, 016, 018, and 019. The 011 prefix can have seven or eight numbers following. But all of the others have eight numbers following the prefix. I've lived here since before cell phones and the internet and I know the system very well. And getting Korean White Pages or Yellow Pages is difficult and unless you can read Korea worthless to you. Two easy steps: Step1.get a phonebook/phone directory or anything where you can get landline numbers. Step2.ask them one by one what their cellphone number is. I hope this one helps.
