How do North Korean Defectors adapt to life in the South?

Travel Info
Would love to hear from a North Korean defector or someone who knows a North Korean defector. I mean like from the millitant life of Pyongyang to the metropolitican city of Seoul,

Travel Tips
Actaully many North Korean defectors feel unwelcomed and unwanted when they come here. Most of them are very smart, in 1970s standards. Most of them know nothing about modern IT or computers. There are no cell phones in North Korea, and Internet cafes are reserved only for the super rich with high social status.

North Koreans are brought up to love their country, hate America, and serve the "dear leader." When they come here to South Korea I'm sure it's a huge change for them. Some of the lucky ones marry other South Koreans and live a good life. Some others become spokesmen for certain pro-reunification groups. However many take jobs in factories and restaurants. Typically low paying with little or no benefits. Many young North Korean women work at Karaoke bars in hope to meet a rich businessman.

South Koreans have a tendency to feel superior to North Koreans. As they are in real life, but imagine having to live feeling inferior to all others at all times.

Thats the real deal.
I've visited North Korea once before.
I've met and seen a few North Koreans in and around Seoul.
There are currently 6,900 North Korean defectors living in the Seoul area. Mostly in the Yeongdongpo Gu area.
Others
They are happy to have access to good restaurants, lack of famine, and freedom of expression.
I spent nearly a year in Korea and I know that Seoul would be a bit overwhelming for someone who has been living under the constraints of the oppressive North Korean Government all of their life. I think it would take a lot of social and economic readjustment counseling for this to be plausible.
