People record the drama on the dvd from the tv in high quality. There people called fansubbers that sub the whole series when they have alot of free time. the site is 'http://www.d-addicts.com/' when you download the drama it will link you to a site called Clubbox it's a korean media from dramas,shows,variety and whatever this where they upload it on there for everybody to download but it's mostly in korean letter so I suggest asking somebody in D-Addicts to help you out.
