Can anyone that speaks Korean help me?

My computer crashed and I need to reinstall a product that I purchased from this company - the Vocabulary Wizard.

I need the activation code for it. There's no help on the english website and I've written to them twice but haven't received any reply :(

Is there any place on this website that tells me how I can get this activation code back? Or a place where I put in my email address to get it sent to me?

u might need ask them program initialisation for reinstall.
it said they set limit install time, So u can't reinstall after u failed this limit times....
well i just write that i found and it's not easy to explain.
