Travel Info For korean music fans who is the best Korean artist of all time?? Travel Tips For people who have been listening to Korean music for awhile, they would probably say one of the older, more experienced singers/group... A lot of 90's artists are considered classics.. I think the one that stands out the most is Seo Teji. He is truly a legend... I hear he is coming out with a new album at the end of this year so Korea should be going crazy right about now. Personally, I wasn't old enough to know all the classic 90's artists, but if I had to pick one contemporary artist, it would be SG Wannabe. Their style was so original and unique when they first came out. Others BoA Hyori DBSK Stephanie and her band Ivy jo young fil. probably.. I am not a fan of Korean music. Sounds way too commercialized. However, I seen a Korean punk band called "Number One Korea" at Club FF in Hongdae, and they put on an entertaining show. Rain :) or Bee in Korean. if ur talking about mos sucessful: Rain Hottest: hero jaejoong from DBSK Soulful voice: se7en, kangta older singers: Yi MiJa (trot - traditional Korean pop) Jo YoungPil (mostly contemporary pop) --both still alive. younger, currently, & for a quite a while now: BoA Bi (aka Rain) --both mainly pop |
