If you would like to cut corners, get a hair cut in Kangnam or hehwadong. Then the price would go lower than 20,000 KRW. Or if you're near colleges, it's going down far more lower. In Myuong dong or in Kangnam, they do not charge you more. But in some wrong sides of the town, illegal overcharges are still in existence. Believe me. I'm giving you a sure-fire answer. I'm a Korean living in Seoul. Others The most popualr beauty/hair care spot is around EWha Women's University because there are a number of cosmotology students in the area. You could get a hairbut for 10,000Won here. (avoid Eunha if you are saving money.. it is higher, but well-established/professional)... is a bit rendier and high in general. Also, not a place known for hair salons. Apgujong would be another popular area for salons but this will be much pricier. |
