Korean Visa Extension for Filipina?

My girlfriend is here on a 3 month tourist visa. Does anyone know how she can get an extension, even a 15 day one? I know theres hundreds of Filipinos here in Korea, does anyone have any suggestions or leads? Shes gonna get a job here, she just needs a few more days to work out the details. Please help!

Extensions for tourist visas are possible in special cases such as accidents, health problems, flight cancellation, etc. Applications for visa extensions can be made at a local immigration office at least one day before the day of expiration. Visitors may obtain work visas in their home country with the endorsement of the employer in korea. If the visitor is already in korea, she must obtain the work visa from an embassy or consulate in a country outside korea.

Well, she should go to immigration in Seoul and ask them. If she has a job then her employeer can give her paperwork for a working visa.
