is that supposed to be a Korean name? if it is then sorry to say, but the whole name is horribly spelled. there is no Korean person in this world with the surname 'choy, (cho, or choi') either. unfortunately, those are all considered misspellings / mispronounciations.. do you mean Jo HeeSoon? i hope you get a better spelling & find the right person.
