Y'ami island is the northernmost island of the Philippine Islands. It is part of Batanes province and is populated by Ivatans, closely related to Taiwanese Aborigines. To get there, you need to ride an airplane from Manila to Laoag, then transfer to a smaller plane to Basco. From Basco, get a boat going to Sabtang island and then to Y'Ami island.

Korea's other Yami island is an island near Gunsan township.

Since you asked in the Korean forums I am assuming you mean Korea's Yami Island, which is located in 鞓ル弰氅? It is near Gunsan (甑办偘). If you get off the West Coast Expressway at the North Gunsan Exit, head towards Seongsan, then head towards Innercity Gunsan (鞁滊偞) you will see signs for Gunsan Inner Harbor Passenger Terminal. There you can take the Okdo Ferry and see Yami Island.
