It is 100% legal to have porn in your possession providing you are over the age of 18. You can download it from a website, import it, even lend it to a buddy. As long as you aren't selling it, there is nothing the cops can do to you.

My buddy called this one of the most dumbest regulations Koreans have ever made, simply because it does not stop porn from being circulated in Korea.

So, where you can you find Korean smut? Well, most Korean porn, is actually filmed abroad in countries, such as the USA or Canada, where it is legal to film providing you are over 18 years old.
