Yes, they've had many kings, but the two Koreas currently have a "Dear Leader" (north) and a president (south).

yes they did once upon a time before the Japanese invasion. They killed the king and made sure the country wouldn't have any continuatin of the royal family. I hope there is at least one royal family though.
