Seems like you watch a lot of romantic movies... I've used part of my old answer, I answered someone's question similar to yours a while ago.

Well... as I see it, there are two categories of romantic movies (in Korea): comedy and tragedy.

Of the romantic movies I've seen, the good ones at least, I'll list them here, in random order

Sad romantic movies:

1. The Classic (feat. Son Ye Jin and Jo Seung Woo)
2. Windstruck (feat. Jun Ji Hyun and Jang Hyuk)
3. Maundy Thursday (feat. Lee Na Young and Kang Dong Won)--> be ready for tons of tears w/ this one.
4. You Are My Sunshine (feat. Jun Do Yeon and Hwang Jung Min) more serious and slow-paced than all the other ones here
5. A Moment to Remember (feat. Son Ye Jin and Jung Woo Sung)

Romantic comedies:
1. My Sassy Girl (feat. Jun Ji Hyun and Cha Teh Hyun)--> an all time favorite among ppl, I recommend you start with this one.
2. My Scary Girl (feat. Choi Gang-Hee and Park Young Woo)--> in no way a spoof of My Sassy Girl, it's hilarious, but dangerous at the same time.
3. Mr. Handy (feat. Uhm Jung Wha and Kim Joo Hyuk)
4. Someone special (feat. Lee Na Young and Jung Jae Young)--> slow paced for a romantic comedy, but still, it's pretty good.
5. My Tutor Friend (feat. Kim Ha Neul and Kwon Sang Woo)--> slapstick comedy, young ppl in it, about a poor but smart student who must tutor a dumb but charismatic student.

Since you've already seen two from each list, here are a couple more:
1. Singles - a light-hearted romantic comedy (feat. Kim Joo Hyuk) but I didn't like the ending, the rest of the movie was fine.
2. 200 pound beauty - also another romantic comedy (feat. Kim Ah Joong) about a woman who has a makeover to pursue a singing career and the man of her dreams
3. The Art of Seduction - romantic comedy (feat. Song Il Gon and Son Yeh Jin) about two players out to get each other but end up falling in love.

電戨寑鞚?鞙犿樄 (nukde ui yuhok) - i also forgot the english title, literally it means the wolf's seduction but I'm quite sure the english title is not even close to that, it's about a boy who falls in love with his step sister whom he hadn't seen for years.
鞖半Μ霌れ潣頄夒车頃?鞁滉皠 (uridul-ui hengbokhan sigan) - Maundy Thursday ~ sad, touching, but kind of dark
I highly recommend old traditional korean films such as seo pyon je(靹滍幐鞝?,tae baek san maek(韮滊氨靷半Д), and all the films director im kwon taek(鞛勱秾韮? made. those are real korean films.

trust me my girl friend watched those movie and she cried like a baby a lot,,,but i like korean movie because their movie star pretty and the drama very interesting as all ASIAN story thought!
