Travel Tips hehe that's just a way of writing a happy face, when people smile, their eye's squint like in the anime shows, therefore looking like ^^ the western equivalent is :) smiley face. stay cool and peace out. Others look up lol. its just a face... such as :] its supposed to be like two eyes closed its also shown as this ^_^ so ^^ ^^ basically means two faces or it could mean like (up) or (above) lildancendiva's answer is right. the ^^s are eyes. like little cartoon eyes. rising eye brown It's an emoticon for for being suprised, perplexed, etc.-arched eybrows. ?? |
