Where do Koreans in Singapore buy Koeran grocery? |
Travel Info Where do Koerans in Singapore buy their Korean sundries? Where do they buy Koeran homeware? Appreciate if Koreans can answer this question please. Travel Tips Hi There is a Korean shop at Bencoolen St, I do not know its name. If you travels down Jalan Besar into Bencoolen St, it is on the right hand side, before Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts. It is also opposite the Waterloo St Quan Ying temple. You can see it on the main road. opposite the bus stop Others 1. You can buy korean grocery at Orchard Cathay Cineleisure,Sol Mart B1-08 where they even sell dodo club skin care and make-up. 2. Another place is at Burlington Square, near Sim Lim Square. 3. One other place is at Tanjong Pagar, behind Amara Hotel, Koreana Trading. The foodstuff there is better than anywhere else, especially the seaweed. However, the staffs are not very friendly, and the shop is not well-kept. Hope it helps. the one at burlington square is called 'shine korea supermarket' but they don't sell much of stuffs except dried food and tidbits. solmart has a big freezer that carries bulgogi beef, ribs, and chiller section that has bibimbap, kimchi, ddeok (korean rice cakes), dumplings etc. There is one across Amara Hotel (Tanjong Pagar) - facing Subway. There is a smaller one located at the basement of Cineleisure in Orchard. Hope this helps. Burlington Square i'm not koreans buti would lyyk to said is u could get korean grocery from super markets, there's kimchi too.they cold buy at supermarket or shopping centre too.
