The people of Korea are generally not mean-spirited. It's like this- would you be happy if you were in a race, and your opponent got hit by a bomb? If sony goes bankrupt, many people will be out of a job. Including Korean people. It's like Americans working for Honda, really. So as answer, no. The Korean people hate the Japanese intensely due to the invasion of Korea in last 100 years and the intense cultural copying the Japanese did.Copying From Korea and Mostly China.So I would say The Koreans who work for Samsung and LG would be very happy if Sony went bankrupt.Samsung is the Korean equivalent of Sony so they are arch enemies and Samsung is taking away most of the market share.Samsung would be partying so to speak but not necessarily the Korean nation( SOUTH) .Although they may because then the Japanese economy would dramitically drop because Sony is the Microsoft of Japan.
