It is apparently extremely difficult to become a citizen in Korea. I think marrying a Korean is one of the few ways to become a Korean citizen and even then it is really difficult. Have a friend who has been married for 9 years and he only has a residency card not citizenship even now.
Marry a Korean and then wait-- it takes quite a few years to become a Korean citizen.
As I know, you even have to take exam writen in Korean also Korean speaking test.

It doesn't sound easy.
