Can you find Turkey, cranberry, pumpkin pie, corn bread, yum, and spices in Korea? |
Travel Info I am preparing a turkey dinner for tomorrow, and remember thoes were not in Korea when I was there. Can you find them now? What are you cooking for Thanksgiving? Yes, this question is for thoes who stay in Korea, and Have a Happy Thanksgiving !!! Travel Tips yes of course you can have a happy thanksgiving. Source(s): google.com Other Travel Tips No, we don't celebrate thanksgiving as much as we celebrate Halloween. The only place you will find those items are in US army bases. Try the base in Yongsan. I'm Korean You can find them in alot of freign food markets, there is one in Itaewon and one just outside Itaewon as well, calle Dandy's. I however, celebrated Thanksgiving last month. LOL Being Canadian and all that. Please don worry about the naysayers in the post below, I was at Homeplus yesterday....Emart as well.....you can get all the timmings and fixings of a Turkeyday meal, as well as most other foods...Shinsegae and all the other large shopping areas have grocery stores that can easily rival the best of European and US grocery stores. Due to the large and competitive market, the prices are not bead either. Just go into any large grocery store and look around, you may not want to go to the ARMY base...... you could find turkey breats in a local free market. but the locals slice it up and light fries. they do not bake the whole thing like americans other stuff no |
