I think her nose and chest were augmented. She is so pretty though. Though if you look at her high school pics, her nose isn't all that different.

B/c many Asians had surgery doesn't mean all have. Ex, Song Hye Kyo is famous b/c she hasn't had surgery & is natural. Hyori looks the same as from when she was young in terms of facial structure; growing up, that's all. A show asked her about her chest it's all real. She鈥檚 still very pretty.
