Well it could mean 3 things.
It could mean what the guy 2 posts above me said:
"I miss Ugi" however, Ugi would be a really wierd Korean name.

It could also mean something close to what the guy above me said, only if it were spelled differently in Korean "鞗冴赴電?氤搓碃鞁鹅柎鞖?quot; except that would be very grammatically incorrect and actually mean. "That's not funny, I want to see it."

However, if it were spoken by a true Korean, I imagine it really says:
"鞖瓣赴電?氤搓碃鞁鹅柎鞖?quot;
