Live-in hostels?

If i were to go to Seoul and live there is there a hostel that doesn't require an exact date of leaving?? Is there one that will provide you with a job? so that you can work and pay off ur bill??..

There was a place my friend stayed, and they were advertising for a receptionist. Anyway this was two years ago... but what im trying to say, is that you can just ask places.
There is a guesthouse (sorry cant remember the name) in Seoul which has free accomodation for 3 months maximum and you teach english a couple of nights a week in return for your stay. They supply you with rice, kimchi and coffee.
I know that the guys name was Boris... and maybe it was somewhere around Dae Han Ro or Dong Dae Mun... JongRo area?
Just get a list of guest houses and do the rounds...
