Does anyone know if it snows in Seoul during mid-Feb? |
Travel Info Hello everyone! Does any of you know if Seoul snows during mid-Feb? If it does, how frequent does it snow? Travel Tips Snow in Seoul never lasts long and often because of the city conditions the snow will pass around the city. It is not like places like the MidWest in the US where the snow comes and stays. But dress warm. The wind chill will get you. Others I used to live 20 minutes outside of Seoul and the winters there are b r u t a l. It might not be snowing, but it's freezing enough for wind burn over there, so bundle up- it's a great place to visit if you're good at layering : ] Quite a bit now, its not entirely natural now thought. Its more of a nuclear winter thanks to everyones buddy to the north kim jung il. it gets very cold in korea & sometimes does snow. i remember once when it snowed 2 in. & all the schools shut down for a snow day! people had chains on their tires & shopkeepers were hosing the snow off the sidewalks with cold water. go figure! |
