One simple question? |
Travel Info if i say "any of the members are not shown up" is it right? if it's wrong explain me in grammar Travel Tips What are you trying to say? Give us some more context. Regardless, on its own, that sounds awkward. Is this part of a larger sentence? Like "If any of the members are not shown up >something<" A guess, not knowing what you're talking about: "Some of the members have not shown up." "Are not" is for something someone does to someone or something. 韮€霃欖偓 "Have not" is for something you do yourself, or for passive voice. 鞛愲彊靷?靾橂彊順? Others I have excellent Korean friends it sounds like you are speaking in the present tense, so it should be any of the members are not showing up. have any of the members shown up ? have any members not shown up ? well its wrong because any is singular and are is plural english honors class Simply say, "Has anybody shown up?" or "Are any of the members showing up?" when forming a question, the verb usual go first except when you use, HOW, WHEN , WHY, WHAT, WHERE. and it's not necessary to use 'not'. |
