Does anyone know a hotel that has FREE airport transfers in Seoul?

There are a lot of hotels near the airport.

If you are traveling cheap look for a good yugwon (inexpensive motel), motel or park (nicer motel - these sometime have VIP rooms that are really nice for a lower rate than the big name international hotels)

If you want to get into Seoul, try Apgujeong or Gangnam...nice areas on the subway line. If you like to party, there's Hongdae, Apgujeong, Gangnam or Itaewon. If you shop, try Itaewon or Dongdaemoon (great shopping there).

There is actually a hotel inside Inchon Airport, which is generally for transit passengers (I've stayed twice) - rooms are small but OK. There are several near-by in Inchon which have free shuttle service. Downtown hotels can be reached using the KAL Shuttle for about W 22,000. The new rail link from ICN is still expected to be up in March (they are actually running test trains - saw this last month).
