hmm..i can't generalize all the korean people because i haven't met all of them but the ones i've met and heard about definately rock!
Once you made friends with them yes, they do rock. But until you got into there so called inner circle they can be rude or too shy to talk to you.
well I think it's all because of their music, movies and dramas lol
