There are hundreds (maybe, thousands) of bars in Seoul, ranging from seedy to very elegant. Koreans like to go to bars, so they are all over Seoul. For the more seedy (i.e., bar girls who will go home with you), try the area of Itaewon in Yongsan-gu (near the US Army post). For up-scale, try the Hilton Hotel, the Walker Hill Resort, the Grand Hyatt Hotel, etc.
