Compare the critical system of North and south Korea?

Travel Tips
I am not sure of your question. But, I guess, you are asking about the basic systems of both nations.

First, Korea was one country for hundreds of years after various warring kingdoms were united. Therefore, the language is similar in both countries (however, there are differences in accent and sound - North Koreans can easily be identified, even by me, when they are on television).

North Korea is an isolated, very poor, totalitiarian nation where individualism is looked down upon (or even made a crime). While the nation still says it is "Communist", it has gone against many of the tenets of Communism - family succession to power, for just one. There is only one political party, which wins all the "elections". It is probably the most narrow-minded, paranoid, and controlled nation on the planet.

South Korea is a dynamic, exciting nation which has undergone economic growth in the last 30 - 40 years - beyond what anyone could imagine. It is a Capitalist economy, but suffers from a concentration of wealth in a few families, although almost everyone is better off than in the North. It is a free nation where political parties offer a wide variety of choices.

Others
Your question cannot be completely understood with so little asked.

At the moment, South Korea is ranked #11 for economy in the world.

Also, North Korea is ranked #74 for economy in the world.

Using these numbers, it is not surprising the South Korean Government, contrary to popular belief, is not wanting reunification for now.

1989 - When Germany reunited, it cost $89 Billion.

Averages run as high as 10-20 times the amount for both Koreas to reunite.

Figures show it would take the South Korean economy on the average of 20-30 years to recover from having to absorb North Korea.
