Is there any possibility that when i apply for tourist visa to korea,i would get denied? |
Travel Info i don't have any bank accounts,i think it's one of the requirements for tourist visa.my boyfriend will shoulder all the expenses,he's working in korea.i need the exact information(documents) for applying tourist visa for korea. Travel Tips everyone is not possible there are some requirements to visiting South Korea Others when i applied for a tourist visa at the korean consulate for a teaching job in korea (which is illegal and i was totally naive to that) all i remember doing was that i had to fill out an application and pay the fee. then they asked me the city where i was going to and the address. the guy told me that they couldn't give me a visa without the address of where i'm going. there was about a 5 day wait for the visa so by the time i picked up, my job fell through. so i had to lie for the address b/c they wouldnt give me a refund or anything...then they gave it to me. i dont recall him asking about bank accts...i think all that matters at that point is if u have cash to cover the processing fee. oh yeah u also need a copy of ur flight itinerary check the link below...it should help (if ur from america and not residing in another country) http://www.koreahouston.org/e/ anything is possible me that's true, anything is possible. Sometimes even you have already have a tourist visa stamped in your passport, there is a probability that you will be declined entry at the airport. There are a lot of first time tourists that went to Korea on the day before lunar holiday (this year) that were deported. my friend, her brother was one of them |
