I'm a Filipino working as an English Teacher in China. I'm planning to visit Korea. Please give me information on how to apply tourist visa for Korea. I'm near to Shanghai. Thanks!

It's very simple. Go to the Korean Embassy in Shanghai and apply for your visa. Be prepared to get frustrated. I went to the embassy there waited all day to have them accept my application and then was told it would take two weeks to process my visa. I was in Shanghai on business and didn't have time to hang around for two weeks while they take 30 seconds to stick a visa in my passport. So, I had a heated discussion with the staff, got my money and application back, and left without the visa. Ended up getting it in the Embassy in Canada - much less hassle - professional service there.
