Am going to Korea with my 2yo daughter, need suggestions as to where to bring her? |
Travel Info What's the best time to travel to South Korea to see the locations where the koreanovelas were shot like FULL HOUSE, PRINCESS HOURS, LOVERS IN PARIS and JEWEL IN THE PALACE? I'm afraid my 2yo daughter will not enjoy those places. Travel Tips My kids loved Everland in Yongin, but many rides are not for such a young girl. They do have a small children's area, though, with simpler rides. Lotte World is another children's park in Seoul. She might even enjoy the Korean Folk Village at Suwon, where there are displays and examples of Korean homes and buildings through the ages as well as aspects of Korean culture (like swings and jumping see-saws used by women in past times to see men over the wall). The tallest building in Seoul, the Golden 66, has an Imax theater and a fairly good aquarium. There are paddle boats, shaped like swans, on the Han River, which she might enjoy with you paddling. Just walking around the city, going to the city's palaces, viewing from Namsan Tower,etc. might be pleasant for her. Others bring her to Everland in Seoul.. is the best for kids. enjoy! Everland is fun, it's in Yong -in, not in seoul. I went there often when i was young and i liked it. but it's not better than disneyland lol.. but for kids, i think both everland or lotte world (it's an amusement park in seoul) would be nice. but i prefer everland :) it's bigger than lotte world. have fun :) Bring them to everland, nami island, mount sorak , dongdaemon and the palace in seoul city. its quite nice for the whole family Leisurely activities at Everland! For some eye candy, take her to the Teddy Bear Museum in Jeju Island (yes, the one that appeared in Princess Hours!). Take her to Dae Jang Geum Theme Park to look at the setting of Jewel in the Palace! Your daughter will love these places! |
