What are the types of korean dishes wherein the white rice stick is included? i want to know what to order..? |
Travel Info when i get to a korean restaurant. Travel Tips Do you mean the thick noodles made from rice in a red spicy sauce? IE. Duk Boki Others Unless you are ordering a noodle dish, rice will be included. What's a "rice stick"? If you want rice, it's complementary with most dishes, and even if it isn't, you could just ask for some, usually free of charge. yes.. the rice always comes with every dish because a korean meal usually consists of rice and banchan (little side dishes) and then some main thing that you order (i.e galbi, a very popular type of BBQ meat) i know that bibimbap is extremely popular with americans.. this is a mixture of rice and different things with a somewhat spicy sauce. i was surprised to find that americans liked this.. but galbi, bulgogi, and bibimbap are most popular... you can order the white rice stick separately... it's called KIM BAP She's referring to Ddeok (霒?, there's Ddeokguk(霒£淡) and DeokBokki(霒‰扯鞚? that I'm aware of but you can get it with Ramen(霛茧┐) and other meals just let em know you demand Ddeok! I like it too. |
