Need details about getting to Pusan from Seoul? |
Travel Info Can I take the bus? If yes, how long will the trip be usually? How much would it cost back and forth? Answers will be greatly appreciated:-) Travel Tips Yes, the bus trip is about 6 - 7 hours, and Korean highway (gosuk) buses are confortable. The high-speed KTX trip takes about 3 hours and costs about KRW 70,000; regular (Saemaul) train about 6 hours and costs about KRW 35,000 (at least, the last time I rode). Take the Saemaul (blue) train rather than local one (red or green). By air, about an hour from Kimpo to Kimhae, but it takes another hour to get to/from the airports. I would recommend the regular train - confortable and cheaper than flying - less tiring than the bus. Source(s): American ex-pat in China who travels to Korea every 6 weeks or so. Other Travel Tips You can take a bus that will take about 6 hours or a regular train that will take about the same. They also have a bullet train that takes about 3 hours. All different prices depending on how many stops the transport will make. Also, plane takes about 45 minutes to an hour. Take the KTX from Youngsan station |
