I am looking for great place to snorkel on Pacific side of Mexico---Gulf of Cortez is fine? |
Travel Info I went to Cabo---best beach---water was rough. Been other places---I am 61 and have bad legs so want water that is very calm. Also, I want the water warm---about 80 degrees fine and I want to snorket from beach or hotel---not go out in boat. What is the best month to travel and do you know a good hotel? Travel Tips I would recomend something like Cancun, Cozumel, or Playa del Carmen. These are clear, light sand waters. The ocean is alittle shallow, so you can even walk for about 500 meters in the ocean. You'll se coral reefs, colorful fish, maybe some dolphins also. Plus you get a view underwater for about 200 meters clearly seeing! It's not that expensive, is warmer, and easier to move around. If you want something more virgin try Huatulco, in Oaxaca, same benefits, but less p茅ople. |
