When you first get to town, pick up the freebie mags, such as Whats On at the front desk or at a rental car place for a bunch of 2 for 1s and and other discounts. If you feel like gambling, you can drop a couple of quarters in the slots or video poker machines for fun at each casino. While you are gambling, you get free drinks...they can be anything you want from water to alcoholic beverages. There are also plenty of low cost buffets and look for the coupon books at every hotel. These books have coupons for free food, drinks, and entry into all kinds of entertainment. And just 30 minutes away is the Hoover Dam which you can see for free if you don't go in side to see how it works. Also not far is Red Rock Canyon. I've never been, but I hear it is beautiful. I'm not sure if you have to pay for parking, but it shouldn't be too much. A five hour drive away is the Grand Canyon...I don't remember if that cost anything for parking, but it is well worth it! Have fun! Nothing that i know of, how old are you, because if you're old enough, just gamble in a casino no Rob L summed it up good. But no one here has mentioned my favorite. Try people watching...especially at night. (npt in a creepy way, just sit at an outdoor bar & be ammused)Vegas seems to bring out the inner freak in everyone. Nothing more fun then sitting back and watching all the people make total fools of themselves! just walk around in the hotels and just look around. also you could just walk around in the shops in your hotel or swim in the pool |
