What is the cheapest hotel to stay at on the strip? is it very nice? |
Travel Info Thanks for all the answers! Travel Tips The Strat and Circus Circus are going to be the two most inexpensive hotels on the strip followed by the Sahara. The Strat is not a bad hotel, but it is one block over from the ghetto. Don't walk around at night would be my suggestion. Circus Circus is more family oriented and it gets a pretty bad wrap for kids running around. Personally I have stayed there twice and had no problems or horror stories about kids. It is going to be closer to the middle of the strip than the Strat, but it is by no means in the middle of the action. Others I've stayed at the Stratosphere Hotel it's pretty cheap and really nice. The only downside is that it's the last hotel on the strip. currently the cheapest is the Sahara. It is running about $45.00 a night. I am booked there in Sept. Older hotel, but went through a major renovation a few years ago. Nothing fancy like the larger hotels, but how long are you in the room. You only use it for the 3's. I would go for the Excalibur, or Treasure Island. You should go to travelocity.com or hotels.com you should be able to find some great deals there. Excalibur and Luxor are cheap and nice for what you are paying Stayed at both The cheapest place on the strip most nights is the Stratosphere and its not a bad place at all. The rooms are basic but decent, the casino is pretty fun and the tower is one of the must see attractions in Vegas. You can check out pics of the Strat rooms and suites along with a bunch of different hotels on my site at... http://www.lvcasinoinfo.com/hotelrm_pics... |
