Where can I stay in Vegas, 1 room for 6 adults? |
Travel Info I looking to book a hotel in Vegas (on the strip) for my husband and I and two other couples. Ideally, we'd like a room with 2 qu. beds and 1 pull out couch. Any ideas? Travel Tips You will have a hard time find a room for 6 unless it is a huge suite which will cost a fortune. Consider one of the many timeshare places around the strip such as the Carriage House, Marriott Grand Chateau or Hilton Grand Vacations which has 2 places on the strip, at the Flamingo and next to Circus Circus. You will have better luck finding a 2 BR room at one of those places than you will at the major hotels. Have a great trip. Others Most hotels on the strip and anyplace else in Las Vegas have a limit of 3 adults per room. You will need to check with the hotels to see if they will allow that many people in one room. ONE room for 6? That's a lot, and they may not allow it. Is the idea here to save money, or what? If you want to save cash, try the lower end of the casino scale. Those who cater to families and low rollers would have rooms that are cheaper than the high rollers places. Sunday night thru Thurs are much cheaper than Fri & Sat. To save, I'd check Excalibur, Circus Circus, & the like. The rooms in these places are nice, tho you may find that other families have brought children. Some people don't like to have kids underfoot. Avoid the high roller places such as Venitian, Caeser's Palace, some others. Best idea, call some of the vacation/hotel planners out there. I forget what you call them, exactly, but I do know there are places that do bookings...... Or go online & search thru the travel sites. Pretty sure they list room prices, too. get a room for 4 people-sneak the other 2 in,, but that is crazy, 6 people trying to share one bathroom???? and hope you are all cozy,as there is not much privacy-just splurge and get your own room, and/or a large suite or stay downtown.which is usually cheaper.. and/or check out craigslist for vacation rentals in Vegas- http://lasvegas.craigslist.org/vac/... get a suite at the Venetian One room for six adults? Not going to happen. They all have a limit of 4 adults per room, any more than than is extra charges - and for what they want, you're better off getting a second room! Luxor, Excalibur, and Ballys are all on the Strip and reasonably priced. You might want to see what the suites at Venetian cost - they *might* allow the six adults per room for less than arms and legs. You really should look at an extended stay with this arrangement. They are off the strip Swenson St. |
