Is ticketing scalping illegal in Las Vegas? |
Travel Info I am going to Las Vegas this weekend and have 2 extra tickets to a concert. I was going to sell them before I go in and I wanted to know if it was legal to do that in Las Vegas? Travel Tips "Scalping" tickets is illegal in Las Vegas... but the definition of "scalping" is re-selling the tickets "above face value" without being licensed as a ticket broker. So if you are re-selling the tickets AT face value (as in only asking the price printed on the ticket) that is not considered "scalping" and is therefore not illegal at all. You should sell them on e-bay or a ticket broker (Like stubhub.com). But if you don't mind the heat you can always stand outside and try to get someone to buy them I live in Las Vegas Yes it is............................... Do you want to get a room with a view, some new bracelets and no cable TV for a few nights...
