Travel Info What is the best month to travel to Las Vegas? What is the weather like in early September? Thanks!? Travel Tips any month is good, always hot Source(s): m Other Travel Tips Early September can still be hot. I have been there late October and late November and it has been in the 70's September is Hot...in the 100+ degree range. I've found the best time are early Spring (March-April) or Late October to November. Some of these time are tied to Spring Break, Conventions, or other major events (Rodeo's, NASCAR) and gets crowded as well so plan ahead if you can. You can normally check out the local TV and newspaper websites for details. Good Luck and Have fun. I'd say November. We went over Veterens Day Weekend and the weather was great, warmish during the day and just a little cool at night, I carried my jean jacket with me and was fine. I've also been there in April, also a nice time of year, a little warmer both night and day Feb is also an okay time, littler cooler during the day, I wore longsleeves almost the whole trip and was fine, at night I wanted a little warmer jacket because it was a little cold. Viva Las Vegas The weather is the best in March and September. It's not cold, but it's not too hot either. Don't freak out if it's 80 degrees. There is no humidity, and that REALLY does make a difference. I think 90 is perfect here. But in September, the days are 70-80, just comfortable. And the nights are incredible!! Check out the Palms, if you're into dancing. Go downtown, and checkout the Fremont Experience. And the slots pay better downtown. And on the strip , be sure to check out Caesar's Palace, The Mirage, and The Bellagio. Bring money, because it's not cheap to eat here like 30 years ago. But if you play black jack or poker for over 6 hours, feel free to ask the floor man for a comp. That's lunch or dinner for free for 2 people. (Coffee shop or buffet.) Any other questions, E-mail me. I live here in Vegas since 1983. Have a blast, and only bring the amount of $$ you can afford to lose. And the shopping at the Forum (in Caesar's), and The Fashion Show Mall (on the strip) has some expensive stores. It compares to Rodeo drive. We also have regular malls, but not near the strip. Have a ball!! :) Lynn |
