Can you live in an apartment inside the Hotels/casino on the strip? |
Travel Info I have heard that in some of the casinos in Las Vegas you can actually live in an apartment inside the Hotel/casino on the strip. Ive heard that alot of the big casinos on the strip have like residential floors where you can live and enjoy the ammenties of the hotel. Is this just for senior citizens or can anybody do this. Thanks!!! Travel Tips I know of a professional poker player that lives at The Bellagio and plays there all day every day. What a life!! I don't know if his room has a kitchenette or not. Others sort of.. (i'm aussiming you mean without being a celeb with a nightly show). You are probably referring to the condos attached to the casinos. MGM Grand has one under construction, The Palms has a tower also. Also noticed that you mentioned Henderson on your other post. you might want to try The District at Green Valley... if you have 3mil to drop on a condo that is. you are talking about condos. at the moment there are very few condo hotels on or near the strip; signature at MGM grand is one; where the residents have access to MGM's pool etc. However over the next few years this will be a big thing in all the new hotels going up, the likes of city center, palazzo, echelon, fountainbleau all will contain condo hotel towers where people will live next to the hotel and enjoy the amenities of that particular hotel. You can purchase or invest in these today. More are in the investment and planning stages but all along the strip are really expensive. There are others coming up, or are up already but they are the older 1960-1970 vintage type of apartments adjacent to hotels...not very enticing. I know they are planning apartments at MGM don't know if they are open yet but imagine they will be $$millions You can purchase a condo at some of the hotels, if you have a spare half million or more. The Hard Rock, The Palms, MGM Grand, and what will be City Center all have condos right now, but they start at $400,000 to purchase. Anyone can do that, but the ones that do that are not very cheap, those apartments are more for whales(very rich) |
