Travel Info
I want to do something that is fun and not too expensive. Any suggestions?

Travel Tips
My husband and I love going to Vegas, we are not big gamblers, we play a little craps and roulette and during football season we play the parlay card.

Besides gambling I love to shop, Las Vegas has a big beautiful Mall right off the strip across the street from Wynn Hotel. They also have two outlet stores, one in Las Vegas Blvd and the one I really like is inside the Primm Valley Hotel that is on the state line. All the big casinos also has a lot of shopping.

If you like to eat, my gosh Las Vegas has so many great restaurant,s our favorite for steak is Delmonico in Venetian it is expensive but it's well worth it. If you like French food go to Pinot also in Venetian. If you don't want to spend too much money but like the variety of food go to Grand Lux also in Venetian. Or for really inexpensive but good food go to China town.

We also love the achitecture of different hotels in Vegas. If you have time you should check out Red Rocks Park.

For entertainment, you don't have to spend a lot of money if you don't want to. There are a lot of variety of shows that are inexpensive and some of them are buy 1 get 1 free, check the local magazines or news paper. Some casinos in Down town Vegas offers free shows that are not bad at all. Some casinos have bands at night that are free, 2 that I recommend are the Fontana bar in Bellagio you could even watch the fountain show on the balcony of the bar, it is very cool and kind of romantic. Another one is the Apple Bar In New York, New York it is in the middle of the casino.

Lastly we love to just sit around the pool and read a good book or magazine. I tell you Vegas is the ultimate vacation destination. We love it a whole lot.

seeing Wayne Newton or Celine Dion would top my list! =)
If you had left out the "not too expensive" I would have said to go to some of the shows which are great, but they're pricey, too.
Hey cool name! :)

I liked Circus Circus when I went, they have an indoor roller coaster that was pretty cool.
Also, the Stratosphere has a roller coaster at the top of it... If you're the thrill seeker type. It's very high above the ground, hence the name, the Stratosphere.
Shows are pretty expensive there. How about seeing the water at night at the Bellagio on the strip? Sight see. People watch. Some of the casinos do have some nice inexpensive shops. I like Mandalay Bay. Got some cute earrings there for 5 bucks! Take lots of pix! Freemont street is cool downtown. I stay at the Golden Nugget..the best casino.
Tour Hoover Dam. See a show. Just wander through the hotels, they are incredible and each is unique. Many have very inexpensive food available too.
Take in a show. For something cheap and fun I would recommend "The Amazing Johnathen" if he is still around.

The trilogy ride and river ride at the Luxor.

Circus Circus is fun, lots of things to see.

Bally's had a cool star trek theme where you could beam about the enterprise.
