So I take my car to the car wash and park it in the garage..where all my neighbores park their own cars.

Now I have 2 crazy neighbores in the 4th floor,everytime (which I'v noticed that lately) she throws and spills rubbish and water at my car..shes in her 50s but mentally crazy..I dont talk to them since Iv had trouble in communicating with them and it bugs me because she just did that yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
but didn't have time to argue about it since there was a soccer match..lol

there is no solution to this because they simply wont understand,so start insulting them and take the weight off my shoulders..yalla..

Aghhh don't you just hate people like that. Most of the time the pretend they are mejnoun but really are just using the fact that they are old to their advantage.

Go to their home....ring the bell.and talk with the husband...
Tell him that you have been patient enough but that now you wont them allow to do that again.That next time you'll do the same in their car, and that you are getting tired from them..
Even..told him that you'll report them with the rest of the persons living in the same building.
