you're not alone sweetie...I feel like that too...I'm depressed (I think that's what you're feeling)...like Ghinno said we should get out of the same sweat pants and tshirt we have been wearing for the past couple of days and stop watching the news...but like you said you don't feel like doing anything, or going out or eating (except that I am eating too much)

I think things are getting a little better here, still we don't dare go out to public places or malls or supermarkets...the roads are still empty few cars on the streets...I think everyone in Lebanon is a little depressed.

I'm sorry you and I and some others feel like that...but it won't go on forever, something good will happen soon and take us out of this "coma" we are in.

This is coming from my point of view, and i am trying to not make you feel bad or give you any affence But..
Don't watch the news half of it is all lies and it make things seem worser or better then they actually are.
Since your religion Muslim. The muslims and usa and australia are fighting and you probaly worried or feel guilty that it's your religion and your waiting for the chance for the news to say 'the war is over' and it's probaly ruining you to have to think that. And i think that you should stop watching the news for a bit and just go out and have fun and don't worry about nothing. just stop and think for a second.
