Is it true that most Lebanese dont like having guest around? |
Travel Info Ever since ive been living here,it seems that Lebanese like going over to other ppls house more,rather than inviting them over too! Ive realized it alot! Why is that?its not like im asking to go over,i could careless,but its just all about having some manners too! Gosh G Bone's always coming and going to my house,he never invites me over,oh well next time i wouldnt open the door for him! Travel Tips HUm..i guess it's better going to someone's house so you won't have to cook and clean after they leave? plus i guess you just like being out for a change..i don't know. Others it could be that they are lazy to make coffee or bring sweets . but Lebanese people are all friendly and sweet. they rock in my book. It could be that you are hanging out with the tight watss..you do sound like someone who likes to take and not give..typical hezbo supporter would u say?? LMAO!! Ha ha ha ha...: I think it's all the contrary. I have not seen people more welcoming than the Lebanese living in Lebanon... U don't even have to call before calling up on them. U just ring the bell and get in. U will sure be invited to join for dinner... you are right about the fact that Lebanese like to visit their neighbours and friends/family and they drop in unannounced...but they invite you to their house too. hello Mr Pinky To answer your question, firstly i would like to say it is true they don't like having guest around them because it is their culture and we can't stop them on doing that as we know a culture is as good as other, i mean none is better than other. thanks PINKY!!! my house is ur house,,,, tell me when do u want to come over, I will bring ramoooz to cook for us while we enoy the stars of the sky and enjoy our night with laughs and hugs.....
