A survey was asked by an American women in Lebanon online 6 Month back and it used to ask youngesters like between the ages of 16 - 30 how are you in this particular party (E.g. Hezbollah, LF or Amal and etc...) And guess what!!!?

87% of the people answered I don't know & 13% was because they followed them because of the religion wise.

They don't know that during the civil war since 1975-1990 most of this leaders are criminals. And they do still follow them.

What do you think?

I agree with you, all the political leaders were criminals in the 75-90 war...that is what kills me, people follow them blindly thinking they are saints.
I really think that those politicians that we have should all be asked to resign and new ones should step up...real people who really know what they're doing and not robbing the country and thinking about their own benifit.

Yes i totally agree with u,they no nothing about what JaJa did,he is the biggest criminal,and yet ppl still support him! How sad!

And yes i do hate it when they follow a leader just becuz of their same religion,their ridiculous and close minded!

I disagree. Most people even from this age range follow the leaders blindly.
I have a couple sisters both masters degree holders, that are a good example.
I'm afraid that sometimes, intellect and education get completely tossed aside when it come to politics.

Passion, hate, economic problems/poverty and the need to belong..all take over and people will stick to whatever political party "promises" them a "better"life.......
