Go and feed the poor and help the homeless, give hope to those that dont have hope, then u will realize that plastic surgeries mean nothing but a way for a shallow culture to keep itself preoccupied while the heart slowly withers away, start maturing spiritually please, before all the people with morals leave this culture and the beauty it once possessed with the older generation.
