Travel Tips my idea is No , it's a global boom ,we lost our good sense of individual beauty , now every one wants to look like [ or wish his girl-friend to look like ] few girls that we consider beauty goddesses . Others false ... no dude there isnt that much plastic surgeries in lebanon its just the stupis trashy singers with stinky voices.lol......... jeez. stop saying lebanese people have lots of surgeries have you seen other countries.. i mean women everywhere always want to look pretty and whatever and out lots of makeup...but lebanese aren't all that fake lebanese are pretty PERIOD. It could be a combination of reasons. Lebanese in general pay attention to their appearance, hair, make up and being well dressed are inherent in our culture, plastic surgery is just another extra step in the "looking good" mentality. But I feel it is more done for self satisfaction and if anything to compare well with other woman more so than to please men. Foxy is right ....our Sunday paper here has a supplement just for cosmetic surgery ! This is a huge market over here as well....people who cannot cope with the aging process as well as the younger market looking to enhance what nature has given them . It's no guarantee of happiness ! Lady u cant blame the guys. If the girls there are idiotic enough to want to put themselves through surgery because their men are lacking depth then it is the womans fault for caring about their opinions. True the men are dingbats for teh most part also but thats no excuse. I mean look at teh way the men here are answering, they refuse to accept the facts and the women are worse, they are living in complete denial. Foxy says its just the singers??????? i was in lebanon many times recently and all i saw were fake lips and fake boobs and this is from the common women on the streets. believe me the only reason every woman in lebanon doesnt have surgery is that the economy sucks. If we are to change our society we must first admit what is wrong with it. that is the only way to heal. ill put my morals up against any of these french wannabees and i grew up mostly in america, this alone is amazing. they grew up in lebanon and look at how they are acting now. God bless our moms and dads for putting upw ith stuff like this from the new generation, they are saints and i bow my head to them all. It depends on the guy and it also depends on the women. I think women who go through plastic surgery need it emotionally more than physically because they have a complex somewhere in their face and want to fix it and I don't see anything wrong with that. Plastic surgent in Lebanon are good...so I know Lebanese who live abroad and come here for plastic surgery or face lifting (for older women). |
