Sloppy Joes recipe:

you need:
500 gr ground beef (mafroumi kheshni)
1 large onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped (optional)
1 can chopped mushrooms (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
3 Tablespoons of flour
1 big Pomi box (500 ml)
1 Tblsp Worchester sauce or BBQ ketschup

put 2 tbsp oil in a large pan (me2layi ghami2a or tanjara), when the oil heats up put the onion and let it cook for 1 minute then add the beef and salt and pepper...wait until the beef is not red anymore then sprinkle the flour until all the sauce of beef is absorbed. Add the mushroom and pepper if you want them in the recipe, if not add the Pomi and the other sauce and stir everything (put water inside the Pomi box after you empty it in the pan then put the water on top of the mixtures on the stove). Keep stirring until it boils, then watti el nar and simmer for 15 minutes or so until the sauce is thick.

Now you should get khibz franjy soft not the baguette kind (go to Furn el Sultan tell him you want sandwich Franjy soft for 1000L.L). Cut them in half and warm them a little (ma t7amsiyoun just warm the oven and put them for 30 seconds) and fill them up with the sauce...for more flavour get some shredded cheese that will melt on the sauce and I also put a frankfurter in the sandwich before I put the sauce.
