Which restaurant would you recommend? |
Travel Info in lebanon for a sunday afternoon as a family someplace near the the sea and calm Travel Tips You can go to Al Balad-Jounieh near Schtroumpf if you want a restaurant next to the sea side that makes fish (where you can even swin after you eat or swim before you eat), you should try White Beach, it's after Berbara, before Batroun (I dunno what the region is called there) EDIT (I see Chloe has put some restaurants in the mountains, I agree with her on that cuz in summer it is the place to be) If you want a calm quiet restaurant try Salame restaurant in El Mazra3a region in the mountains of Keserwan. Al Balad opens a branch in summer in Faqra. Al 3erzal in 7rajel is ok...but I love the one next to it, less people (so it's more quiet) and better food than 3erzal Others sorry, i've never been there I honestly wouldnt recommend going there... There's a lot to choose from.. but i can't think of one that's calm.. cause they're buzzing with ppl on sundays.. then again, most days.. I recommend one in the mountains - no sea :( , in Faraya.. it's called el-3irzal.. meaning the shack or something like that... there are some in downtown,... yes... downtown... don't look at my answer like that... they're calm .. i've been there on a sunday and it was calm,... not many ppl.. it's called el-balad.. there are some along el rawcheh.. like Grand cafe, and others... i can't remember their names cause i don't go there anymore.. you'll have to check kate's answer for this one... there are good ones in Jounieh too, she'll know about that.. Chilis - Beirut AppleBee's - Dhbayeh Highway Hard Rock - Beirut (if your family likes it) Trader Vic's - Beirut |
