As for your question, well no I'm not a smoker. But tonight is an exception. I just bought my first pack of cigarettes. I'm having a cig while typing this answer, and damn does it feel good.

I have smoked for 13 years now. I quit once for 6 months then started back up. I enjoy it.
non-smoker, I quit 19 years ago when I got pregnant and never picked them up again...

Not I! It adversely effects your whole body system not just your lungs. And smoking at a young age stunts lung growth limiting your lung capacity, the damage is irreversable.

Mybe if I smoked I smoke 1 cig in 1 week and rarely I smoke because it is all about to live long & live healthy.
